To ensure a seamless spa experience, we reserve the right to request a $50 reservation deposit to secure appointments for:

• All medical aesthetics services with our nurse
• First-time guests
• Guests with a history of no-shows or last-minute cancellations
• Spa packages or Duo Bookings
• Spa services lasting longer than 90 minutes

If more than 24 hours’ notice is provided for cancellation, the deposit may be transferred toward a rescheduled appointment. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this policy allows us to provide the highest level of care and attention to every guest.

We value your time and that of our staff. Your spa reservation is reserved specifically for you, so we kindly ask that you contact the spa for any cancellations or rescheduling. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for individual spa services and 48 hours for spa packages. 

No-shows are considered disrespectful and may result in a loss of future booking privileges, except in cases of emergency. Thank you for your understanding and for choosing us! 

Gift certificates or E-Gift Certificates are available for any service, spa package, or custom dollar amount, making them a perfect choice for a spa reservation. Certificates with a dollar value have no expiration, while service-specific gift certificates for our spa services are valid for one year from the purchase date. Treat someone special today!

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and thoughtfully allocated to include dedicated staff time, professional product preparation and use, and treatment room availability. For this reason, all spa services and treatments are non-refundable. Guest satisfaction remains our highest priority. If you have any concerns regarding your experience, we kindly ask that you contact us within 24 hours so our management team may carefully review the matter. Where appropriate, and at management’s discretion, service credits or accommodations toward a future visit may be offered based on the nature of the concern and supporting details (such as photos or other supporting information related to the visit). As treatment outcomes and individual preferences may vary, dissatisfaction based solely on subjective opinion does not constitute grounds for a refund. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and continued trust in our spa.

We are pleased to offer a 14-day refund or exchange on all unopened retail products. Kindly retain your original receipt, as proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

All prices for our spa services are subject to change without prior notice. We will do our best to provide updates on our social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and our website when possible. Please note that prices do not include HST (except for RMT). Payments can be made in cash, via e-transfer, by debit or Visa/MasterCard/Amex credit card. 

A spa gown, robe, slippers, and bath towel will be provided in a bag for all spa services and package bookings. We also offer shower caps and disposable (underwear/bra/short) for body treatments. Please note that SpaWithCare is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced items. To ensure a worry-free experience, we recommend leaving valuable items at home. 

We encourage you to share your preferences, any dislikes, allergies and health concerns before or during your spa reservation. Our staff is dedicated to providing each guest with a personalized experience tailored to your needs, ensuring satisfaction with every visit. This commitment extends to our range of spa services, and your comfort is our top priority.

Our spa is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for our clients, staff, and practitioners. We kindly ask that all interactions in person, by phone, online, or through social media remain courteous and professional. Abusive, threatening, harassing, aggressive, or defamatory behaviour toward our team or business will not be tolerated.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any individual whose behaviour compromises the safety, wellbeing, or comfort of our staff or clients, in accordance with applicable Ontario law and professional standard. We value honest feedback and open communication, and we appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a positive and supportive wellness space for everyone.
