Lash Lift is a popular beauty treatment that restructures the lashes to create a stunning lift. The results are customizable and highly dependent on the length and fullness of the client's natural lashes. The outcome is beautifully lifted lashes that mimic the effect of being curled with a lash curler, opening the eyes to give a refreshed and awake appearance. Results can last from 3 to 8 weeks, depending on aftercare and the natural lash growth cycle. The faster the natural lashes grow, the sooner the lash lift will fade. To maintain neat and lifted lashes, clients will need to have the natural lashes re-lifted every 3 to 8 weeks. 

This service is an excellent alternative to eyelash enhancement through lash extensions! It requires less maintenance, and the aftercare is simpler. Additionally, lash lifts do not contain the same ingredients as those found in lash extensions, making it a perfect option for clients who desire beautiful lashes but are allergic to lash extension products. 

Hair consists of protein chains held together by physical and chemical bonds; altering these bonds changes the shape of the hair. A physical change occurs when hair takes a new shape due to heat or water, causing a temporary alteration, while a chemical change involves breaking and reforming disulfide bonds, resulting in a permanent change. The Lash Lift process utilizes a Lift Lotion and Set Lotion to chemically modify the hair structure for enduring results. 

However, the results are only permanent for the parts of the hair that have been processed. As the lashes grow out, the lift will gradually diminish as well. The new growth will need to be processed to maintain a neat lift. To clarify, if you dyed your hair a different color, you would have to consistently touch up your roots as your hair grows out to keep the color looking fresh.
