As part of our new spa policy, to secure your spa reservation for any spa service costing over $100 or lasting more than 1 hour, we now require a non-refundable deposit of $40. For spa services priced between $40 and $100, a non-refundable deposit of $20 is required. 

If you provide more than 24 hours’ notice for cancellation, this deposit can be applied to a rescheduled service. This policy has been implemented to help reduce last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or frequent changes in rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to consider our gift certificates for future spa services.

We value your time and that of our staff. Your spa reservation is reserved specifically for you, so we kindly ask that you contact the spa for any cancellations or rescheduling. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for individual spa services and 48 hours for spa packages. 

No-shows are considered disrespectful and may result in a loss of future booking privileges, except in cases of emergency. Thank you for your understanding and for choosing us! Don’t forget, we also offer gift certificates that make the perfect present for loved ones.

Gift certificates are available for any service, spa package, or custom dollar amount, making them a perfect choice for a spa reservation. Certificates with a dollar value have a two-year expiration, while service-specific gift certificates for our spa services are valid for one year from the purchase date. Treat someone special today!

All prices for our spa services are subject to change without prior notice. We will do our best to provide updates on our social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and our website when possible. Please note that prices do not include HST. Payments can be made in cash, via e-transfer, or by debit or credit card. Additionally, gift certificates are available for purchase. Thank you for your understanding regarding spa reservations and pricing.

A spa gown, robe, slippers, and bath towel will be provided in a bag for all spa services and package bookings. We also offer shower caps and disposable underwear and bras for body treatments. If needed, a small locker is available for your convenience during your spa reservation. Please note that SpaWithCare is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced items. To ensure a worry-free experience, we recommend leaving valuable items at home. Consider purchasing gift certificates for your loved ones to enjoy the relaxation too!

We encourage you to share your preferences and any dislikes before or during your spa reservation. Our staff is dedicated to providing each guest with a personalized experience tailored to your needs, ensuring satisfaction with every visit. This commitment extends to our range of spa services, and your comfort is our top priority. Don't forget, gift certificates are also available for those looking to treat someone special!

We offer a 14-day refund or exchange for unopened retail products, including gift certificates, provided you have the original receipt. Thank you for your understanding regarding our spa reservation and spa services!
