As part of our new spa policy, to secure your booking for a spa service (above $100 or 1-hour), we now require a non-refundable deposit of $40. For a spa service between $40 to $100, a non-refundable deposit of $20.
If you provide more than 24 hours’ notice for cancellation, this deposit can be applied to a rescheduled service. This is implemented to help reduce last minute cancellation, no show, or frequent changes in rescheduling within 24-hour of the appointment . We appreciate your understanding.
We value your time and that of our staff. Your appointment is reserved specifically for you, so we kindly ask that you contact the spa for any cancellations or rescheduling. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for individual services and 48 hours for spa packages.
No-shows are considered disrespectful and may result in a loss of future booking privileges, except in cases of emergency. Thank you for your understanding and for choosing us!
Gift certificates are available for any service, spa package, or custom dollar amount. Certificates with a dollar value have a two-year expiration, while service-specific gift certificates are valid for one year from the purchase date. Treat someone special today!
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. We will do our best to provide updates on our social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and website when possible. Please note that prices do not include HST. Payments can be made in cash, via e-transfer, or by debit or credit card. Thank you for your understanding
A spa gown, robe, slippers, and bath towel will be provided in a bag for all spa services and package bookings. We also offer shower caps and disposable underwear and bras for body treatments. If needed, a small locker is available for your convenience. Please note that SpaWithCare is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced items. We recommend leaving valuable items at home. Enjoy your relaxation!
We encourage you to share your preferences and any dislikes before or during your service. Our staff is dedicated to providing each guest with a personalized spa experience tailored to your needs every time you visit. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities!
We offer a 14-day refund or exchange for unopened retail products, provided you have the original receipt. Thank you for your understanding!
